European corn borer catches remain low at most locations, with the exception of an increase in Batavia.  Corn ear worm (CEW) catches remain variable, but are notably high in King Ferry and Sherwood this week.  Keep in mind that as the number of remaining sweet corn fields dwindles, fields that would not have been attractive for CEW may see more egg-laying than earlier in the season when plenty of green silk stage fields were available.  Fall armyworm were only caught at a few locations this week, and western bean cutworm numbers continue to drop off.
